Rochester Golf & Country Club

Schwickert’s completed a major roofing project in Rochester, MN in the Spring of 2024, it consisted of tear-off and replacement of 368 squares of asphalt shingles across multiple structures. The team installed 300 squares of CertainTeed Presidential shingles on the main clubhouse and pool house, each featuring steep roof pitches: 12/12 and 8/12 for the clubhouse and 4/12 for the pool house.

On four other buildings, Schwickert’s installed 68 squares of CertainTeed Landmark shingles. The main goal of the project was to allow for minimum disruption for the club members. This was addressed by protecting the rear deck and completing the front clubhouse entrance within a single day.

Schwickert’s navigated the challenge of procuring the CertainTeed Presidential shingles, which were very hard to find at that current time. The team had 300 squares shipped from across the country to keep the project on schedule. The size of this project, the complex pitches in the roofs, and the coordination that took place across multiple buildings demonstrated the skill and commitment to quality delivered by Schwickert’s.
