Mount Olivet Home

Schwickert’s was hired for a re-roofing project that took under one month to complete at Mount Olivet Home in Minneapolis, MN. The project involved replacing an old built-up roof with new materials featuring a tapered ISO base and a durable EPDM Firestone membrane. This work was done on a building that offers semi-independent living and includes a secure memory care unit, making it especially important that this project was expertly handled.

In addition to the new roof, Mount Olivet also enrolled in our Tecta Tracker program. This smart tool helps keep track of all the roof details in one place online. Schwickert’s also installed a yellow safety strip that enhances safety and provides a permanent visual marker for workers doing any future maintenance, inspections, or repairs.
