Industrial Project

Schwickert’s completed a dual-trade project that involved both Architectural Metals and Commercial Roofing. Both departments collaborated to design a seamless and watertight solution. The collaboration between our teams enhanced both functionality and aesthetics. This end result is a high-quality, visually appealing, and durable solution for the customer.

The 90-mil adhered EPDM membrane system offers enhanced waterproofing and a 30-year warranty. The full roofing scope included installing a polyethylene vapor barrier over the metal deck, followed by two layers of 3”  ISO insulation and a 1/4” Securock cover board.

For the metal panels, Schwickert’s installed PAC CLAD soffit panels, Kingspan Karrier Panels, and MDSI Series 72 Panels. To address potential denting at the breezeway, a heavier gauge metal was installed for strength and a sleek appearance.
