In 2023, F&M Community Bank hired Schwickert’s as roofing and architectural metals contractor for its new construction bank.
Schwickert’s roofing crew installed tapered insulation, densdeck and Carlisle TPO Rhinobond membrane.
Schwickert’s architectural metals crew installed various panels across 4,500 square feet at the new construction bank.
They furnished and installed Alucobond ACM panels in rain screen application and James Hardie Board siding panels in rain screen application throughout the building, along with Elevate UC-500 Vented Metal Soffit panels at underside of the canopies.
