Tru Vue

Schwickert’s demonstrated roofing quality as the roofing contractor for the 69,800 square foot Tru Vue expansion in Faribault. The project showcased our commitment to quality with the installation of an Elevate TPO Rhinobond roofing system. Schwickert’s installed custom fabricated snap-lock fascia for edge metal, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics.

A key feature of the project was the installation of 25 smoke-hatch skylights, designed to enhance safety. These skylights are equipped to open in the event of a fire, providing an important ventilation mechanism for better emergency response.
