Southeastern Minnesota Center for Independent Living, Inc. (SEMCIL) hired Schwickert’s as roofing and architectural metals contractor for its new location in Rochester.

Schwickert’s roofing crew fastened 1/4” tapered ISO with an 1/2” HD ISO coverboard into the metal deck with screws and rhinobond plates. Schwickert’s finished the project with Rhinobond Carlisle TPO roofing membrane.

Schwickert’s architectural metals crew furnished and installed the entire envelope of the roof and wall panels. Materials included Elevate UC-3 Standing Seam Metal Roof Panels, Pac Clad Metal Wall Panels, Nichiha Fiber Cement Wall & Soffit Panels, and James Hardie Fiber Cement Lap Siding.
