Schwickert’s completed a roof installation on a new construction six-story apartment complex in Minnetonka, MN.

Schwickert’s installed Firestone ballasted EPDM, Firestone Adhered EPDM across the 26 different areas spanning a total of 55,000 square feet.

The roofing crew remained detail oriented as they flashed over 400 roof penetrations and worked closely with the other subcontractors in preparing the upper roof for solar panels.
