Planned Service

As part of a planned service and maintenance program for Home Services customers, trained technicians will come to your home, give you an evaluation and outline several options for planned service. You select the number of times per year we inspect and maintain the units at your home. We make sure your units are running properly and efficiently. As a Home Services customer of Schwickert ' s planned service and maintenance, you’ll also get an emergency repair service available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. That means if your heat goes out in a typical Minnesota January, you can expect our technicians to respond immediately, restoring your home environment to a comfortable level.

We have an alternative to the “repair when broken” plan. Our alternative is a maintenance plan that involves our technicians making scheduled visits to your site and doing routine maintenance such as:

• Checking for mechanical deficiencies
• adjusting controls for better efficiency
• replacing or cleaning filters for better airflow
• lubricating moving parts

Minor problems can be detected and repaired, reducing the potential for larger problems. As a planned service customer, you receive reduced labor rates for maintenance and repairs and no overtime rates are applied for emergency repair on evenings, weekends or holidays.
