Schwickert's completed roofing work on five school buildings for our district - in one short summer construction season they completed 100K sq feet of partial replacement, 76k sq feet of total replacement, and 217k sq feet of Liquid Applied roofing. The leadership, staff, and team maintained excellent communication and updates to the project throughout. The work was done professionally, quickly, and with excellent quality.

Schwickert’s staff had great communication before we accepted their bid, during the months leading up to the actual start date, during the roofing project, and also following the completion of the project. Safety and quality work were seen every day throughout the project. Whenever a unique situation presented itself, the Schwickert’s staff handled it with honesty and accountability. I highly recommend Schwickert’s for any roofing projects.

I called them at 2:30pm on a 91° day with a broken a/c. Here I am, 45 minutes later with cold air blowing through my vents again. I can’t exactly remember the technician’s name (I believe it was Brian?) but he was great. Thoroughly explained everything and steps going forward. Great experience!

Schwickerts was great to work with! Mike was out right away when our AC went out this summer. The team they have is very professional and knowledgeable on AC and furnace units. They were quick to respond and made the install smooth as they had everything we needed in stock. I highly recommend!

Cory spent 7 hours cleaning our series of ducts as unobtrusively as possible with no inconvenience to us. He was thorough and efficient considering the nature of the job. He was very professional as well as personable, and we were pleased to have him in our home.

CHIMNEY CLEAN Cory was friendly, efficient, clean, and respectful. We just bought this house and don't know when the chimney was cleaned last. It was very dirty, and Cory cleaned the whole fireplace area like new and gave us instructions on using it.

I contacted Schwickert's on Christmas Eve morning because my old furnace was no longer working. They showed up by 9:00am and got my old furnace up and running. I decided to purchase a new furnace through them because I was so happy with their quick service. They came back the following Monday at 8:00am with and installed my brand new furnace. Talk about quick turn times! The installers were both very clean and professional. My utility room was cleaner when they left then before they arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend them everyone!

Two major projects with Schwickert's the past 3 years: Bryant A.C. replacement and replaced old Weil-McLain (1965 original) with a new Weil-Mclain boiler. 100% satisfaction with both projects. Great technicians and project manager Joe Samuelson was great to work with as well. I would do it all over again.
